Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bwtpkr," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the bwtpkr online gaming platform operated at bwtpkr.net, including all associated services, products, software, and content.
• "Member," "User," "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with bwtpkr or who accesses or uses the bwtpkr platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual member account created by you upon successful registration with bwtpkr, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Balance" or "Account Balance" means the total PKR funds held in your bwtpkr account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings net of withdrawals and wagers.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of your Account Balance comprising actual deposited PKR funds and cash winnings, excluding any bonus credit.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits granted to your account by bwtpkr subject to wagering requirements and promotion-specific terms.
• "Games" means all casino games, slots, live dealer games, video poker, bingo, and any other gaming products available on the bwtpkr platform.
• "Services" means collectively all products, games, betting markets, payment services, customer support, and features accessible through bwtpkr.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process applied to bwtpkr accounts requiring documentation including but not limited to a valid CNIC.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the bwtpkr Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any additional rules or policies posted on the bwtpkr platform (collectively, the "Agreement"), constitute the entire agreement between you and bwtpkr in relation to your use of the platform.

By completing the bwtpkr registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, logging in to your bwtpkr account, or otherwise accessing or using any bwtpkr service, you conclusively represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full;
• You are at least 21 years of age;

• You accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement without reservation.

bwtpkr reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the bwtpkr platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of bwtpkr after any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a bwtpkr account, you must at all times satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are a natural person (corporate or trust accounts are not permitted);
• You have not previously had a bwtpkr account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these terms;
• You are not registered with bwtpkr's self-exclusion programme;
• You have not been identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) to a degree that prevents account registration under applicable international licensing requirements;
• You are registering only one bwtpkr account for your sole personal use (multiple accounts are strictly prohibited);
• You are acting on your own behalf and using bwtpkr exclusively for personal entertainment purposes.

bwtpkr reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or provision of false information during registration or verification, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and entitles bwtpkr to immediately suspend or permanently close your account.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full bwtpkr platform, you are required to create an account by completing the registration form with accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

bwtpkr applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all accounts in accordance with international gaming license requirements and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to provide, at any time and without limitation:

• A copy of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or other government-issued photographic identification;
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address;
• Evidence of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account);
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document;
• Any other documentation reasonably requested by bwtpkr's compliance team.

bwtpkr will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by bwtpkr may be suspended or closed, with any Real Money Balance returned via the original deposit method subject to applicable verification of that method.

You are solely responsible for the security of your bwtpkr account credentials. bwtpkr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login details with any third party. bwtpkr will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All bwtpkr accounts are denominated and operated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bwtpkr supports the following payment methods, subject to availability at the time of your transaction: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card.

Deposits: Deposit processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are generally credited to your bwtpkr account within seconds of successful transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account and are subject to change by bwtpkr at any time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by bwtpkr subject to the following conditions being met:

• KYC verification has been completed and approved;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your Real Money Balance;
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been satisfied;
• Your account is in good standing with no active investigations or security holds.

bwtpkr endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the platform. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. bwtpkr reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests of any amount.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bwtpkr offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to registered members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be published alongside the promotion on the bwtpkr platform. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply to all bwtpkr promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses credited to your Bonus Balance are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x) of the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified in each promotion;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — game contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's specific terms;
• bwtpkr reserves the right to void bonus credits and any winnings derived from them if abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent activity is detected;
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per member, per household, and per device or IP address.

bwtpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Members who have outstanding wagering requirements at the time of promotion termination will have a reasonable period to complete existing requirements unless the termination relates to detected abuse.

Game Rules, Fairness & Technical Integrity

All casino games, slots, live dealer games, video poker, and bingo titles available on bwtpkr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and audited by recognized testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the long-term theoretical return and are certified by the testing laboratory responsible for that game's certification.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during any game or bet, bwtpkr's decision regarding the outcome and any subsequent settlement shall be final and binding. bwtpkr will not be liable for any real or perceived loss arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control, including third-party network failures, device failures, or internet connectivity issues on the member's side.

bwtpkr reserves the right to void any game round, bet, or wager that has been affected by a technical error, software bug, or manipulation. In the event a game is found to have paid out incorrectly due to a malfunction or display error, bwtpkr reserves the right to recover any incorrectly credited amounts from the affected account or set them off against future winnings.

Sports Betting Rules

bwtpkr's sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test matches), football, basketball, tennis, UFC, and other sports as available from time to time. All sports bets are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules and general betting terms published on the bwtpkr sportsbook platform.

Key sports betting provisions include:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the member and approved by bwtpkr;
• bwtpkr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or suspend any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason;
• In-play bets are accepted subject to technical availability and may be suspended at any time at bwtpkr's discretion;
• Bets placed after the commencement of an event (where in-play betting is not offered) will be void and the stake returned;

• In the event of event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, settlement will follow the specific sport rules applicable to that event;
• bwtpkr reserves the right to void and re-settle any bet found to have been offered or accepted in error, including but not limited to obvious pricing errors.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bwtpkr and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

• Opening more than one bwtpkr account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino, or sports betting;
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion (bonus abuse);
• Chip dumping or any deliberate transfer of funds between accounts through gameplay;
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources;
• Using the bwtpkr platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment;
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the bwtpkr platform or affects other members' experience.

Responsible Gaming

bwtpkr is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active steps to support members who may be experiencing difficulties with their gambling behaviour. Responsible gaming tools available to all bwtpkr members within the account dashboard include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous session durations with automatic logout upon expiry.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your bwtpkr account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from bwtpkr. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. bwtpkr will close any marketing communications to self-excluded members immediately upon request.

bwtpkr will honour all responsible gaming tool requests promptly. Members who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts during their exclusion period. Privacy & Data Protection

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bwtpkr platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content from the bwtpkr platform without the express prior written consent of bwtpkr.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bwtpkr, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bwtpkr platform or any of its services.

bwtpkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to bwtpkr in the twelve months preceding the date of the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether bwtpkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit bwtpkr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Account Termination & Suspension

bwtpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a court order or regulatory instruction requiring account action;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Member's own request for account closure.

You may close your bwtpkr account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure of your account, any Real Money Balance remaining (net of any applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

bwtpkr reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, bwtpkr will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered members via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Updated terms will be published on the bwtpkr platform with an updated effective date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under bwtpkr's international gaming license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through bwtpkr's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals specified under the applicable licensing framework.
